Sessions include an in depth talk covering the client’s situation, followed by a historical assessment of the physical, psychic and emotional patterns leading to the present circumstances.

John then works with the physical body to release the “ground” of the old pattern. This often results in an emotional release that allows the client to “feel clear” and act from greater freedom. What was perceived as being an impediment is now experienced as part of the healing.
